Project Overview
Adapt Construction was enlisted by Brian Perry Civil to undertake a specialized piling operation in the Kaitoke Ranges. The project involved the drilling and placing of six 600mm diameter bridge piles, crucial for the main water supply infrastructure of Wellington Water. Each pile required drilling to a depth of approximately 10.0 meters into 300mpa greywacke rock. Due to the challenging terrain, the operation was executed from a temporary staging platform accessible only by crane lift.
